Hands & Eyes Support

Our technicians and engineers are permanently located at our data centre on a 24/7 basis.

We can therefore provide you with basic hands and eyes support on your equipment, rather than having to send your own IT personnel to the data centre.  This delivers a quick and more cost effective solution.

The basic remote support that is available is as follows:

  • Checking Alarms for Faults – visible and audible
  • Securing cables and connections
  • Network Patching
  • Power On/Off Equipment
  • CD Swapping & Tape
  • Reboot Server: switch on/off and report any irregularities
  • Visual check if equipment is on and operational
  • KVM Consol (customer supplied), report, follow instruction. Sentronex will also provide a mobile Keyboard, monitor, and mouse, which is made available to all customers
