Are you a subscriber to Sentronex’s QuickSupport?

Please follow these simple instructions below and one of our engineers will be able to assist you.  (ONLY FOR EXISTING QUICKSUPPORT USERS)

Windows Users

Step 1 – Click on the QuickSupport download plug-in button.

Step 2 – Contact your Sentronex support representative and provide them with the 9 digit ‘ID Code’ and the 6 digit ‘Password’

Step 3 – Your support representative will now be able to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Please note – you can end the session at any time and you ultimately have complete control of your computer.
